This is a friendly relaxed keep fit group which mainly suits women over 40.  The aim of the exercises is to keep all parts of the body supple and moving.  There is no pressure to do anything which is painful.  Members may sit out at any time.  We start at 1.15pm, stop for a cup of tea about 2pm, and then resume exercising until 3pm.  There is also time to sit and chat between exercises, so why not come and meet new people, make new friends, and enjoy a fun afternoon?  Wear rubber soled shoes and comfortable slacks and shirt.
